Welcome to My World:  The Evolving world of Business Services Management!

Having been in the IT biz for 20+ years, I’ve seen a lot of changes. Quantum (almost unbelievable) leaps in hardware and software capabilities. And the more familiar scenarios of human created snafus, egos and short-sightedness. Not that humans are trying to be dense – we just are sometimes :)  It comes with the territory of not being a machine.

Over the years, it seems to me that the most progress in utilizing new technologies comes with viewing the Big Picture.  Often this requires  implementing entirely new paradigms while not losing sight of the originals.

And that’s where I come in. I tie everything together in one big user-friendly cutting edge technology package. This requires going against conventional wisdom, at times;  being a risk taker to achieve the users’ goals. Sometimes it’s relatively easy, often it’s extremely challenging.

But it’s never boring.
